Ned and Tim's functioning kidney are boating off the coast of Florida when BOOM lightning strikes him.
Ned is also an organ donor and Tim's kidney still works. Can Tim's kidney be donated again?
also: don't you think the kidney would be cursed at this point?

So logically, yes!
What I am unsure about though is how the lightning bolt didn't fry Ned's innards.
