What will they do at a bladder/kidney ultrasound?
OK are there different types of bladder/kidney ultrasound? Like, by different names? If so, what are they? I couldn't really hear the nurse.

I had one when I was passing a kidney stone. They look and see if they can see any stones or blockage. They will make you lie different ways and put your arms up etc..

ultra sound your bladder and kidneys...you lay on your front for the bladder and on your back for the kidneys...they may make you drink water or not...depends...they're just looking for 'things' like stones...it doesn't hurt..
