can i get pregnant in ckd?i have creatinine - 1.4 and proteinuria also with 2nd stage kidney disease, i'm planning to get pregnant ...is my decision right?....in fact i want to get pregnant seriously

Only you and your doctor can make that decision.
An acquaintance of mine had a serious kidney disease as a child and had to have one kidney removed. She still has some kind of kidney disease but after much consultation with her doctors she got the go ahead to TTC and ended up having a beautiful baby boy - but she had a difficult pregnancy and at 33 weeks they made the decision that they had to take him out because her life was at risk (her remaining kidney function was quickly declining) and they wanted to schedule a c-section for the next day. She wanted to wait a little while longer because she felt great, but two days after her appointment she was rushed to hospital and had an emergency c-section.
Although she had the best possible outcome, the pregnancy took such a toll on her body that they strongly advised her not to carry another child.
This is something to be discussed with your doctor and your partner.
