help with creatinine levels please?i have kidney disease. basically my kidneys have lots of benign tumors in them. i had some bloodwork done and got the results today. i have a friend who has the same condition as me and she seemed shocked at my results for creatinine. the nurse said it was .85. i'm also pregnant but i had creatinine run back in september before i was pregnant and it was .8 then. i dont see what the big deal is? the nurse said normal is between .50-1.30. is this something to worry about?

Most people have values between 0.8 and 0.9, this would be too high for an old lady, but perfect for a younger person.
Creatinine levels are usually slightly lower in pregnancy, by 20% or so
They increase with body weight, however, depending on muscle mass and diet.
I think there is nothing to worry about if your other tests are OK
