Organ Donation sentence legal-gramatical standpoint? How is this, from a gramatical and legal standpoint.
PERMISSION FOR THE DONATION OF MY BODY
I BugBoy13, being of sound mind and reason, of my own free will and volition, do hereby give my permission, through this here request, that all of my body
and bodily substances (except for semen and those parts specifically excluded hereunder), internal and external, including, but not limited to, any and
all organs and glands, and substances, secretions, hormones, or parts thereof (E.G., adrenal glands, the appendix, arteries/vessels, the bladder, the bronchi,
the colon, the esophagus, the brain, ears and eyes [and all parts thereof], the gall bladder, the heart, the hypothalamus, the kidneys, the large intestine,
the larynx, the liver, the lungs, the pancreas, the parathyroid gland, the pharynx, the pineal gland, the pituitary gland, the rectum, the salivary glands,
the small intestine, the spinal cord, the spleen, the stomach, the thymus, the thyroid gland, the tongue, tonsils, ureters, and the trachea), blood (red
and white blood cells, platelets, plasma & lymph; my blood is O+ [O positive]), extremities, bones (including joints, teeth, and bone marrow), cartilage,
fat, flesh, ligaments, muscles, nails, nerves, tissues, tendons, vertebrae, hair(s), skin(s), and anything else which may pertain, be donated and/or given
to any organ donation entities, parties, or organizations, or to a person, persons, or group or groups, who have need of such organs or bodily parts, except
for these specific parts that follow: my penis, both of my testicles, my prostate gland, my seminal vesicals, my bulbourethral glands (also known as Cowper
Glands), and my coccyx (bone at the base of my spinal column [otherwise known as the tailbone]) I hereby request they be not donated, given away, or otherwise
tampered with, experimented with, damaged, or defiled in any way, shape, or form, excepting any/all surgical processes/operations which may ensue (these
parts should be buried [in the earth]; no other means of disposal should be executed); if parts of my body remain, excluding the afore mentioned restricted
parts, then I hereby give my permission for them to be utilized for any scientific purpose(s), be it research, dissection, study, or otherwise, in any
other form or way which may further, and make better, the existence of humankind and all other life, prevent the suffering of humankind and all other life
(such as a disease, illness, infection, bacterial-viral harm, etc), or answer, or support the answer (supposed or theorized, proven or unfounded) of a
question (medical or scientific); but, if a part of my body can be used for organ donation, or the saving of a life or of lives, then this arising circumstance
must take president over any other use, scientific or otherwise, which does not immediately save or prolong, or help in the immediate saving or prolonging,
of a life (or lives), no matter the race, color, sex, age, religion, creed, language, national or social origin, property (including wealth), birth, or
political or other opinion--in short, I hereby give my permission and authorization for my body (and all constituents thereof, external or internal, except
for the afore mentioned parts) to be, first and foremost, donated to organ donation, and to any person/persons in need of a bodily donation (the act of
which must not be denied based on any factor, but merit and/or medical and/or past records), and then to science in order to help the betterment (general
or specific) of humankind and all other life to the best of my ability. This anatomical gift (pursuant to the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act) will take effect
upon my death (as determined by the Uniform Determination of Death Act). If any provision in this document is held to be invalid, such invalidity shall
not affect the other provisions which can be given effect without the invalid provision, and to this end the directions in this document are severable.

It should be "precedent" instead of "president".

As an fyi, a statement like this put into a will is not the best place to put it, because this information has to be available long before anyone begins reading a will to settle an estate. However, it would be useful for someone in your family to read beforehand, so they will know your wishes (although if you are 18 and registered as a donor, that is a legal document now)

Also, if you register online if your state has a registry, you can stipulate there regarding whether you do or do not want to have organs/tissues used for research if they are not suitable for donation. Other people may not know this, but you cannot be both an organ donor and donate your body for research. it is either one or another (unless, like I said, some parts are unusable for donation).

To see if your state has an online registry, go to:
http://www.donatelife.net/ and look at "register now to be a donor" which will take you to information for your state

I am very happy you want to be a donor. It saved my life. Sadly, I know people who died waiting. Spread the word!
