not long.
lose weight and follow the doctors advice.
AVOID SUGAR, especially soda and high amounts of carbohydrates, all carbohydrates turn into sugar.

You need to know her GFR rating. this is a number that the doctor figures using certain blood tests.

You can live a long time if the GFR number is above 20. I lived for EIGHT MONTHS with a GFR of between 22 and 27, using NO dialysis. I even went to work! I felt like crap, but I got things done.

I assume that, due to the heart problems, she is ALSO not a candidate for a transplant.

Peritoneal Dialysis MIGHT be an option. It is not as convenient as regular dialysis, but it stresses the heart less. Maybe this is an option?????

If the GFR number drops below 20, without dialysis death is imminent, possibly within a few days

[BTW: She probably has CELLULITIS, not cellulite]

I'm really into developing my golf game so I take advantage of any instructions I can get my hands on.
