my daughter has one kidney and high blood pressure?my daughter is 21 months old she was born with one left kidney on the right side they found a cystic lesion. A 21 month old with a single kidney likely doesn't have "white coat" hypertension.

Her doc needs to look for other causes. If kidney's aren't working well, there are conditions which can cause the BP to go up.
