What does it mean when your blood test results show values of 5.3 for potassium and 11.3 for sodium?

What does it mean when your blood test results show values of 5.3 for potassium and 11.3 for sodium?I recently went to a screening and took a blood test. My results showed that these values were high. This has never happened before as I have always been in the normal range. My last blood test last August was normal. I will be seeing my doctor next week but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas? While kidney disease runs in my family, my bun/creatinine and urea levels have all been normal.
Oops! You are correct first responder. My eyes jumped a line on the form. The 11.3 is for calcium. Sorry about that.

That 11.3 for sodium can't be right. Otherwise, you'd be dead. Even 113 would be very low and dangerous (normal is around 140).
