It sounds like the joint pain and deterioration, the protein in ur urine could all be osteoperosis. When your body deteriorates its bone protein will be excreted into the urine. Now that im thinking maybe Hyperthyroidism. The symptoms of this are osteoperosis, fatigue, heat intolerance (explain the rash if your warm when you usually get it), irritability, weight loss, nervousnous. Just an idea. Hope i helped.

Doctors should have come up with something by now. But since they haven't let me give you some suggestions for when you go in AGAIN for another doctor visit: Go back in your mind and check for any new ANYTHING you've brought into your house or workplace. CHECK OUT for any new products, whether foods (canned, fresh); perfumes, lotions, creams, deodorants.

Check out for anything you're spouse or close family member may be using which he or she was not before. Think about any medicine whether doctor prescribed or over the counter. This goes for aspirin and vitamins among others.

Check out for new garments, especially if any have gone unwashed. Take a good look at any gift or even a pet which has been brought into the household.

Don't overlook detergents and other cleaning agents. Think about wall paint even!!!!

It is very improbably, but still it can happen, that you may be suffering from two very different illnesses or diseases, one of which may be an allergy.

If by any chance something you've eaten, drank, put on, or come in contact with has given you a disease, it can also happen that it has made your immune system less tolerable to things which other way wouldn't have affected you.

Don't give up searching. After going through everything and not finding a probably culprit_which I somehow doubt_go through it again! Also think about any bites from animals or insects.

Be prepared when you go back to doctors with as much information as you can. Search internet by placing every sort of question with different wordings, such as "Red rashes of face, neck, fatigue and kidney infection". Or, "Fatigue, red rashes and proteinuria". "Severe joint pain, rashes, proteinuria".

This is a disease that is making you suffer and it will be your diligence which will help doctors get to what is really wrong.

Have you been given a corticosteroid for your proteinuria? I just feel that blood work should have shown something. Have you had a fever at all? Have them test you for scleroderma.
