He did a sedimentation rate test and it came back 17, im waiting on more blood work to come back but having one kidney im really worried, is there anyone who got kidney disease, what were u symptoms? please help me im real scared.

The sedimentation rate goes up when you have an inflammatory response going on in your body. Its not generally related to kidney disease. If they wanted to check on your kidney function, it would require a UA (urinalysis) with culture. A CBC ( blood count) and a metabolic panel to check your creatinine and BUN ( blood urea nitrogen).
Your physician should check the above labs to see how your kidney is doing.

an elevated sed rate and frequent urination could indicate a simple bladder infection too.... did he send your urine for testing as well?
no point in being scared until you know for sure what is going on.

you don't mention your sex, but in a woman 0 to 20 is a normal value,
in a man 0 to 15 is normal, so if you are male 17 is only a mild elevation, and could be caused by something as simple as hayfever.

I suspect the only real symptom is your frequency and that would simply indicate an early sign of a bladder infection. Swelling in the ankles caused by water retention could cause the slight rise in the sed rate.
I can understand your concern having only one kidney, but I think you are blowing this way out of proportion and need to wait on the doctor's findings.
