Needing help losing "baby weight"....?

Needing help losing "baby weight"....?So, I wanna lose 15 pounds. I weigh 168. I have a large frame, so anything lower than 150, I look sickly(got big hips and broad shoulders). I need someone to help me out on a diet and exercise plan.

I'm not allergic to anything. However, I got into a bad car accident a few years ago, and messed my hip up pretty bad.. so I can jog, but only for around 15 minutes, and I then I feel like my hip is going to explode. Also, I have polycystic kidney disease... I don't know if that has anything to do with diet/exercise.

10 points, for the most in depth plan. Thanks!

Oh and "baby weight" isn't from having a kid. It's from being chubby as a child :P

All the scientists and dieticians say targeted weight loss is not possible, especially in the hips and thighs areas, but I managed it with acai berry. I understand they say that pills won't work, however they sure worked for me, and they've been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. There is a free trial going on at the moment at http://ceparny.digdiary.com , try it out, what's the worst that could happen?

i would defenetly try atkins. Its the only thing that worked for me and iv tryed almost everything. Atkins is also free to sign up and you dont have to exercise. All it is is a high protein low carb diet and you dont have to count calories. If you visit the atkins page they explain it to you and you will defenetly see results. it was a little hard to get used to but i stared loosing a pound a day and so im still sticking to atkins. All you have to do is count carbs. Try it and you wont regret it.

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs

Google fruit fast

A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT....there for we are all on a diet....
THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE

You got the change the way you think and feel about food

TRY THIS, and stick to it.

The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time

Fruits and Veggies

Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.

Don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package....
.....THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD.....
If man made it, don't eat it

NO white BREAD or SUGAR

NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories

NO FRIED FOOD...

Stay away from FAST FOOD

NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS

Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........

Write down every thing you eat

take a multivitamin at night
