Does a low count in GFR automatically diagnose you with Chronic Kidney Disease?

I wouldn't think it would automatically diagnose you with CKD. A low GFR and relative high creatinine might indicate a few different problems, some examples being an illness, infection, or dehydration. If it's consistently and/or dangerously low, however, it is quite possible it could indicate either Acute or Chronic Kidney Disease, depending on all results of the Renal Panel and patient history. However, I'm not a physician, particularly not one specializing in Nephrology, I just see one a lot.
