Kidney Disease: will my pregnancy automatically be high risk? please answer concerned?

will my pregnancy automatically be high risk? please answer concerned?I have the following health issues:

1. crohn's disease (which has now been in remission for 9 months)
2. fibromyalgia (which i currently take tramadol usually several times a week for)
3. asthma (which is mild and only bothers me in cold weather or around pollen)
4. polycystic ovary syndrome which also resulted in insulin resistance, which i am medicated for
5. i have also had 4 early miscarriages due to low progesterone, which i am now taking progesterone supplements for
6. i once had a severe Strep B infection that went to my bladder and kidneys, so we know i am officially a carrier of group b strep. i most likely got the infection when my immune system was down

Anyways I really want to have a natural birth, possibly in a birth center, but I worry due to my prior health problems I will automatically fall into the high risk category. is there any chance i can slip by without being put in the high risk category?
By the way I am not pregnant yet, just ttc and starting provera/clomid treatment.
As for the last answerer, I seriously have no clue where you are getting that.

You will be high risk simply for the high number of miscarraiges so def with everything else on top of it you will be.

The miscarriages may make you high risk, however the Crohn's, asthma , PCOS and past strep B should not affect your pregnancy.
These may make your pregnancy a little bit miserable to be honest, but they should not affect yours or your babies health drastically.

Possible things that can happen are a Crohn's flare up (Which is in fact what happened to me...9 months of Crohn's, however it was somewhat amplified from the pregnancy. In that case I was just told to watch my fluid intake, and make sure I was well hydrated at all times, or just heightened sensitivity to your asthma.

the 4 miscarriages alone would make it high risk pregnancy

your other question says you are 21--and already had 4 pregancies? you can't pay a doctor, but are thinking about another pregnancy?
