Does magnesium help people suffering from High Blood Pressure since it expand the blood vessels. I can't use?Blood Pressure Medication because it will cause a lot of damage to my kidneys.

I don't know about magnesium but . . . niacin has saved my life. The good news is that I am part of the 25% who can tolerate it and not have the distressing side effects (hot flashes . . . no I'm not a woman and I am not post menopausal). I allow the blood to do it's work without getting all clogged up and messy. High blood pressure usually comes from restricted arteries and that takes some serious repair work. Good diet and lots of regular exercise are the way to a healthy heart . . . Good luck . . . oh, a glass of good red wine will thin the blood too.
