It is possible to get all of those as a non-smoker. Many of those have an increased risk if you are a smoker. There are certain types of lung cancer (small cell carcinoma) that is very rare if you are a non-smoker, but you can still get lung cancer if you are a non-smoker, just not as likely. There is no instance in which smoking is good for you.

This is like asking, "Can a person wreck a car while driving sober? If so, then why is everyone so down on drinking and driving?"

Or 'is it possible to get hit by a car when crossing the road with your eyes open - then why is everyone so upset if you cross the street with your eyes closed' or 'is it possible to burn yourself without pouring boiling water directly onto your arm? then why is everyone so upset about pouring boiling water onto yourself' or 'is it possible to die without being shot by a gun? then why is everyone so upset about shooting yourself'

Smoking makes it more *likely* that you will develop those...well at least almost all of those. There are one or two I'm not 100% sure about. For some of those conditions, not smoking is the single most important thing that you can do to lower your risk of the disease.
