Any ideas on a possible diagnosis to run by my doctor (sorry, it's really long)?Ok, so for my entire life, I've dealt with frequent urination. When I was younger, it wasn't so bad, I could deal with it. Then it started getting more frequent, like every couple of weeks. Then it turned into every other week, then every couple of days a week. Now, it is constant. When it was every couple of weeks, it would burn. It almost felt like a UTI, but when I was tested for it, it almost always came back negative for UTI. I would drink some water, and it would get better. Now, it is constant. Drinking water does not help, it makes it worse. It doesn't burn. I drink almost no water, only a sip of water every couple of days. My urine is clear for the most part, and I'm not very thirsty. When I was younger, I would have constipation, but that is better now. I still have it a little bit, but it's much better, and not much of a problem. A recent ultrasound of my kidneys showed that they were slightly too small for my age. I am a girl, 14, 4'9, and 78 lbs. I am not, and never have been, sexually active. I've never even had a boyfriend.
Symptoms/things of concern I am experiencing: Frequent urination, pale skin, hair loss (on head), excessive hair growth (upper lip, eyebrows, breast, arms, stomach, butt) short stature, nose bleeds, headaches, scoliosis, easily bruises, very oily skin and hair, rash on left inner elbow, straight purple vein on right inner elbow, sensitivity to cold, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, occasional chest pain, constipation, large purple mark on left leg beside knee, extreme urinary urge, eye problems (feels like I occasionally black out, but only for a couple of seconds), random pains and cramps, very dry and bumpy elbows, fatigue, leg size slightly disproportionate (larger) compared to rest of body, flat feet, fast pulse, toenails usually blue or purple, little thirst even when dehydrated, persistent cough, large urine output, irregular periods (always late), occasional blood in vaginal discharge (only happened twice), taste of blood in mouth after eating cold food such as ice cream, eye crusting overnight, and when I lay on my left side, my stomach gurgles (this does not happen on my right side).
I don't know if all of those are symptoms, but I know some are. Like the frequent urination, I know that is a symptom. But the legs being larger than they should for my body, I doubt that's a symptom, it's just something I noted. Right now, I'm doing "The 8 Steps to Self-Diagnosis" by Lynn M. Dannheisser and Jerry M. Rosenbaum, M.D.. In the book, they say to list anything of concern, whether you think it's a symptom or not, so I just did as I was told.
I am currently seeing a urologist (my second urologist) along with my main doctor. Neither are helping me that much. My parents don't believe me that much.
I know this sounds weird, but even the tiniest sip of water destroys me. By "destroys me", I mean it makes the frequency much much worse. I can't get rid of it.
Please help. I know I need to see a doctor about this, and I am. I just don't feel that my doctors are helping me that much. I don't feel that they are taking me seriously. I am only 14 so I really don't have the power to change doctors as of yet. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of some possible diseases that I could have, that I could run by my doctor. If you have a disease in mind, but I don't present with all of the symptoms, can you list the symptoms I am missing? Maybe I forgot to write them down.
I know I'm asking for a lot, and I know that this question is very, very long, but I just need help. I can't deal with this anymore. I need a diagnosis.
Thank you to anyone who answers, hopefully one of the answers will lead to a diagnosis. (:

COULD BE A FEW DIFFERENT THINGS. HAVING LOW THYROID HORMONE AND DEHYDRATION AND DIET RELATED. SEE A DOCTOR AND BE SURE TO TELL HIM ALL YOUR SYMPTOMS NOT JUST YOUR BLADDER CONDITION. PATIENTS SOMETIMES LEAVE OUT SYMPTOMS WHICH COULD HELP YOUR DOCTOR GET A BETTER IDEA OF WHATS GOING ON AND HOW TO TREAT YOU. GOOD LUCK, DRINK SOME WATER !!

As the person before stated, it could be something with your thyroid. Another possibility is cystitis, some sort of bladder dysfuntion or you may just be prone to UTI's. As for your flat feet, even though they may not feel they are a problem now, you should consider correcting them. Your ankles, knees, hips and lower back are out of alignment because of them. Surrounding ligaments, tendons and muscle will over-stretch, twist and simply be worked in ways not meant to. Hence, a myriad problems set in. There are exercises to correct flat feet, as long as you have flexible flat feet. If you would like to learn these, contact me.
