Pelvic inflammatory disease question?

Pelvic inflammatory disease question?Well lately (like the past month or so) I've been getting lower back pains and abdominal pains out of no where. I had a urinary tract infection so I thought it just turned into a kidney infection and I went to the clinic and the test results came back negative. When me and my boyfriend have sex when he goes all the way in I get a shooting pain into my abdominal and sometimes I have a lot of discharge in my underwear. Most of these are symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease.
I have a habit of forgetting to switch my tampon and I just found out about pelvic inflammatory disease and how leaving a tampon in for too long can be a cause for this.
Is this disease really easy to get?
Is it possible for a 15 yr old to get it?

Serious questions: Any pain when you poop? Any pain during your period?

Endometriosis is a possibility, but first you need to test for just a basic vaginal infection like Chlamydia/Gonococcal. Get tested for that by the clinic. PID would've given you fever and more. And the tampon thing is related to a much more serious disease called Toxic Shock Syndrome which would've rendered you unable to type on Yahoo.
