Milk for dogs with kidney disease?

Milk for dogs with kidney disease? My dog was recently diagnosed with kidney disease, but all he wants to drink is milk and I know milk isn't good for the kidneys. I'm pretty sure it's the calcium he's craving. What's a good replacement I can give him with high calcium, but low phosphorous, protein, and sodium?
Also, I don't want to give him synthetic vitamins, I'd rather give him real foods.

Thank you. :)
My vet said ideally he should be on the hill's k/D diet, but said at this point he should eat whatever he likes. I personally don't think he should have kibble or canned food, so I have been giving him fresh organic vegetables. He really likes milk though, so I want to find something that I can replace that with. I was thinking soy milk, or lactose free milk but I don't know how good that is for dogs. I wasn't planning on giving him calcium supplements, like I said earlier, I only want to give him real foods, not pills.

I assume he's on a renal friendly diet like k/D? And that he's getting regular blood work to make sure his values aren't getting worse?

What does your veterinarian recommend?

You're correct in that milk isn't an acceptable diet for a dog. Please don't start giving calcium supplements without speaking to your veterinarian. Excess calcium has to be excreted which can make kidneys which are already overworked go into failure.
