Kidney Disease: What is the prognosis for infantile nephrotic syndrome? Where can I get info on this disease?

What is the prognosis for infantile nephrotic syndrome? Where can I get info on this disease?I have a 8mos old patient with generalized swelling, scanty urination and presently with pneumonia and diarrhea. Labs show hypoalbuminemia, hypercholesterolemia, proteinuria and microcytic hematuria. Patient is septic but getting better with cefipime and IV fluids. We plan to give pulse steroids and get kidney biopsy once patient is better. I can only find a handful of info regarding this conition. pls help

where info? Lots of info out there. Personally, I've not dealt with peds patients with this rare disorders.
