Kidney Disease: is this proper english?

is this proper english?I am writing a science review article. This is the title i want to use. Is the grammer correct with the syntax of "and" 2 times in 1 sentence?Pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic kidney disease and its complications.

Good start!

I'd throw a simi-colon in there if it was me! And if it's a Title, I'd throw a capital on all the major words

Pathophysiology; the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease and its Complications.

It is a little lengthy for a title. It works better as a sub-title.

i.e.

Kidney Pathophysiology:
The diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease and its complications

Posted by Ask And I Shall Answer !!
"The Pathophysiology, Diagnosis, Treatment, and Complications of Chronic Kidney Disease."

I just changed the order a bit.

its a little long. Thank about this...If it is talking about treatment, then the complications would be treated, right? So you kinda have complications in there twice. So remove "and its complications" and it should be fine.

Honey's syntax is correct. I agree with Dallas' suggestion for title capitalization, but not the semicolon, because Pathophysiology is not limited to kidneys.

Complications and their treatments vary and are not always treated along with the disease. For example, diseased kidneys do not CAUSE atherosclerosis and heart disease, but "Cardiovascular complications are a major clinical problem in patients WITH chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal failure."
