Can cardiovascular disease, neurological disease lead to diabetes and eventually cause chronic disease?If this is true, can you give me examples of cardiovascular disease and neurological disease's that do this?

Usually, it's the other way around. Diabetes can lead to cardiovascular and neurological diseases.

No. the OPPOSITE is true.

Diabetes leads to cardiovascular disease, neurological disease and other chronic illness.
