I suffer form chronic kidney stones and eat approx 1 lb of choclate+nuts every week-is there any connection?15 incidents of calcium-oxalate stones in the past 12 years-my MD is cluless to stop them. Also suffer from severe Psoriatic arthritis ans am 49 years old.

My guess is your body doesn't metabolize calcium. Ask your doctor if he thinks drinking LOTS of water will help.
