Found out that i have protein in urine?I had a normal physical today for football and in my urine test i had large amounts of protein in it. Im kind of concerned because i know that protein urine is a symptom for kidney disease.
I am 14 years old and is this normal, and do i have to be concerned about this?

further testing would be needed for kideny diesese, if its a problm your doctor should probably say something to you and your parents about it. Im going out for track, i dont want to break my collerbone.

Did your doctor give you a physical?
Having large amounts of protein in your urine is never normal...

Yeah, having large amounts of protien in your urine isnt good. if i were you, i would go to the doctor for a physical or something like that.
