What are the chances of acute kidney failure?

What are the chances of acute kidney failure? What are the chances of having acute kidney failure after taking Pain Medication (hydrocodone) daily for a year and a half?

I'm 22,healthy and athletic,I take vitamins and supplements everyday for 5 years, but i am also a recreational hydrocodone addict of 3-5 Hydrocodone 10/500mg's a day. Please,No criticism. I am quitting my addiciton tomorrow morning, I have Suboxone and other treatments lined up. Regardless, I have been having sharp pains around my lower sides just under the ribs for a split second, then 5-10 seconds later they return.

People are prescribed hydrocodone 10/50's and 7.5/750's more occasionally than I am,and they have taken them for alot longer than I have, whether every 4-6 hours a day or not,Should I worry about dieing in my sleep from say Liver or Kidney Failure at this young age?

Thank you , please dont be harsh Im asking about L/K Failure, not help with my addiction.

A big part of the issue is your susceptibility. Some people are more sensitive to substances than others. You can have a blood test to determine what shape your liver and kidneys are in. Laying off all drugs will improve your odds because they all compromise the health of your internal organs. There are herbal supplements such as milk thistle, burdock and dandelion that detox your organs but they won't have much effect if you're still assaulting them with harmful substances.
