Just curious to know

Yes, smoking increases your chances of getting those, that's all.

yes to all , its the vasoconstriction of vessels and depleted blood supply to different areas that causes the problems from smoking. Also in the case of resp. illnesses, nicotine paralyzes the cilia or little hairs in your lungs that purify and filter your air, so when they don't work, the rest of you is affected also...

Most of those are possible without smoking. The reason they are related to smoking is that there is a much higher, and statistically significant number of smokers who get these diseases than who don't.
Take lung cancer. The number one cause is smoking, and number two is radon gas. You can look at the number of smokers catching cancer, the number of people with radon gas in their house getting cancer, and the number of people with both problems or neither getting cancer. Even though some people could smoke for eighty years without getting cancer, while others could never smoke and still get cancer, the numbers show you that smoking increases your likelihood of getting cancer.
Make your own choices, but don't ignore the evidence in front of you like you live in 1950 and no one told you that it really is bad for you. If you choose to smoke with your eyes open, go right ahead, but don't pretend it is harmless.

I would say a non-smoker is at risk for any of these cancers. You don't have to be a smoker to get cancer of the prostrate(male) or cervix (female) for that matter.
There are a lot of cancer causing agents in the air we breathe especially with pollutants. A non smoker CAN contract cancer from second-hand smoke.
By the way...leukemia IS a form of cancer...it's related to the blood.

Well, as everyone else has said, yes they are possible without smoking, but it has been scientifically verified that smoking dramatically increases the risk rates.
I can answer the aml one specifically. Aml has been tied directly to benzene exposure. In fact, a large portion of patients were exposed to benzene through their jobs like working in chemical plants/refineries and things like that. However, benzene is also found in cigs. Commerical cigs contain close to 600 additives that create over 4000 different chemical compounds when burned. Benzene is one of those chemicals, and benzene is pretty much the top and strongest link to aml that we know about it.
If we can show scientifically that smoking dramatically raises the risks, why would we NOT relate these things to smoking?
