Kidney Disease: I have a serious question about health experts only please.?

I have a serious question about health experts only please.?I have a theory based on these facts any comments.1. Smokers and ex smokers have a build of of extra co2 because they have damaged alveoli and cannot vent gases correctly subsequently they get acidic blood and and cancer other health problems such as kidney disease albeit very slowly. 2.Alcohol drinkers and ex drinkers have damaged livers and kidneys enzymes and cannot produce vitamin d from skin synthesis. 3.drinkers and ex drinkers have high levels of creatine kinase because they cannot assimilate or remove this toxin from damaged muscles during physical activity resulting in lactic acid build up kidney damage or rhabdomylosis and in extreme cases death.

All of this results in poor health and a set up for disease that is slow and progressive resulting in a host of health issues like osteoporosis diabetes cancer hear attack and heart disease. People who have never touche these drugs work perfect the exertion from exercise is adapted by the body the lungs vent gases correctly and the body gets adequate oxygen. Their livers and kidney work correctly and remove toxins like creatine kinase a byproduct from muscle tissue an increase is common after weightlifting. These people may get sore but adapt and recover correctly. Im talking about normal people who smoked for 10 years and drank beer on the weekends these are the people who are doomed for disease based on the above facts any comments or facts negating thes facts?

I don't agree. You are forgetting about the amazing ability of the body to heal itself once a person removes bad behaviors such as smoking and drinking. My aunt smoked at least 20 years and then quit. She has been overweight her entire life. She is 99 years old now and still takes care of herself in her own little apartment. What happened to your theory in her case. My uncle was a health nut all his life and died at 62 from heart disease. There's too many people like my aunt and uncle in the world, so your theory certainly does not apply to everyone. I could name at least 25 people off the top of my head in which your theory does not work.

We all know an unhealthy lifestyle can lead us to an early grave. That's no secret to anyone, but there are other factors to consider like genetics. My mother's side of the family always seems to live to be very old with many living to be over 100. My aunt comes from that family. My father's side of the family all seem to die young (in their early 60's) and that's where my uncle came from. These are just a few examples.
