I have one kidney due to PKD during infancy?Do I get half an adrenaline rush because there is one adrenal gland on each or what?

Adrenaline is also produced on the nerve endings.

I have no adrenals at all (removed due to disease) and I still get a bit of a buzz but it is muted.
