Chemicals that cause Acute kidney failure?Im doing a health project on nephrology and one of the guidelines we have to fill is kidney damage. Is there any chemical that if consumed will completely shut down the kidneys automatically? is so whats the dosage to do so?

Certain antibiotics such as streptomycin,gentamicin and common pain medications such as Ibuprofen and Aspirin can cause acute kidney failure The failure occurs in healthy people who have taken normal doses regularly.
