Is there a cure for IgA nephropathy?

Is there a cure for IgA nephropathy? My mom has the disease IgA nephropathy and her GFR(kidney function) is at 27 percent. Im worried about her and i was wondering if there were any alternative treatments instead of her regular medication from her doctors. Such as reflexology? Is there any other type of treatment out there that i could introduce to her? i hope that it isnt too late.

Various forms of immunosuppression have proven helpful in IgAN. Has your mother tried them?
IgAN tends to have a gradual course, but can evolve to End Stage Renal Disease, requiring either dialysis or transplantation.
The benefit of Reflexology in this disease has not been studied.
