Does fish oils benefit kidney patients?

Does fish oils benefit kidney patients?I have chronic kidney problem.
According to webMD, people with kidney disease need to limit sodium, fluids, and protein. How much water can I have in a day? Website oilofpisces says "fish oils benefit kidney patients". Is it true?

I too have a kidney abnormality and limiting the amount of water you drink has never been an issue. The types of fluids you consume may be. Carbonated beverages can be dehydrating(defeats their main purpose in consuming them in the first place) and alcohol is a definite no no. But water is definitely a good thing, flush flush flush. Just keep track that you are not retaining a great deal of what goes in. If you notice your hands, feet, face or abdomen swelling, tell your doc right away.
