8mm Lesion on Kidney ultrasound?I have many symptoms such as tender R kidney, extreme urination at night, and throughout the day. They found an 8mm lesion and report said to f/u ct scan. I got the report from my friend that works at docs office but doc is away on vacation. I have kidney disease in my family such as high blood in the urine (microscopic) and two cousins already had kidney failure. I'm anxious to know if anyone within the medical field (or similar history) can tell me what are the chances this is already cancer for me. Thanks.

You are not giving us any information to know what your chances are, we don't even know your age.
If the doctor thought it was cancer they would have said so in the report.
Your doctor will probably order a CT as recommended.
