our 13 yr old siamese has kidney disease and has lost use of her legs. waiting on blood test results.?what should we do? she started getting treated for this several months ago when diagnosed after having difficulty walking and loosing weight. we were getting her treatments including subcutenous fluids and antibiotics and she bounced back but yest she started w her leg weakness which has progressed to her not being able to walk at all now. she is lying on our couch as I type this. we brought her to Anim Emerg Hosp today and $ 354 later after doing blood test and giving her meds she is still unable to walk or eat/drink. vet said from potassium level down. after they get blood test results tomorrow they will know how to manager her potassium levels etc. so wondering if she will get back to normal walking again after that? help. she is my deceased mom's cat and I love her alot eventhough my dad is not excited about animals.
thanks!

If the vet cannot get her walking again and eating/drinking, then you might have to consider having her put to sleep. Anyway you look at it, she will probably need expensive and/or complicated care.
