Kidney Disease: Is there anything you CAN donate if you have kidney disease?

Is there anything you CAN donate if you have kidney disease?I was diagnosed with Acute Polycystic Kidney Disease when I was 16 and though it didn't effect me too much [occasional back pain] it's effecting me now with choices that I would like to make now that I'm 20. I have found that I cannot donate blood, plasma, or bone marrow, let alone a kidney, though I really would love to. I have been looking into donating my eggs and have to wait a few months to be qualified, but I'm not sure that I will be able to donate those either. I am scheduled to go to my doctor in a few weeks to get a better answer but until then I'm wondering if there is anything from my body that I COULD donate that wouldn't possibly give the recipient disease.

Your disease is inherited through faulty genes.
Eggs I would very much doubt as they could be carrying the faulty gene.
I wish I could be more positive but it looks like they will definitely say no to eggs.
After that you are looking at liver, heart cornea, full body for medical schools all obviously after you are no longer here.
Full body is a strong possibility and would help very many people even though no organs are actually given.
I can't find any info on it on the web except sites that explain your disease, as this one does.
I find it really quite distressing that someone as generous as yourself can't donate.
