Is it possible to have a blocked kidney artery if I have good kidney function?Im getting tested to find out why i have high blood pressure, my doctor thinks it may be because one of my kidney artery is partially blocked but my tests for kidney function came back great and he didnt hear any sounds. I really dont want to have to get my kidney artery dilated, if my kidney function is good is that a sign it may not be that?

Your kidney function can show perfectly normal with only ONE kidney working properly...it is better to get it tested.....always safer to know for sure.
