if i have a kidney ultrasound, would it show a fetus?i have been having non-stop UTI's so my doctor referred me to a urologist where i will be getting dye shot up to see if there is back flow, and a kidney ultrasound..there is also a possibility that i am pregnant, but i havent tested yet. Is the dye going to hurt the baby if i am? and will the kidney ultra sound show the fetus if i am?

It's really something you should bring up when you go there. I'm sure you don't want anything harmful to happen to you or the baby if you are pregnant. They might even do an ultrasound on your uterus to see if you are pregnant, but I'm not sure. You really should tell him before they give you anything.
