Decreased appetite
Metallic taste in mouth
Persistent hiccups
Changes in mental status or mood
Agitation
Drowsiness

High blood pressure
Your symptoms don;t seem to match these. The pains for kidney failure are lower and in the rear. Your urine output is the same (but that is not uncommon). No swelling in the feet is a GOOD indication.
You just don't sound to me like renal failure, but I'm not a doctor -- I'm a renal failure patient. Doesn't sound like stroke, either -- strokes are USUALLY more localized.
You've made the correct first move in seeing your doctor instead of basing your diagnosis on an internet website.
