Can perspiration take the place of urination?

Can perspiration take the place of urination?People in end stage kidney disease cannot urinate, water is retained in their body which is a death causing condition.

Dialysis fixes that problem.

What about inducing perspiration for example by sauna to take the place of urination and thus providing an extra assist to dialysis?

Not necessarily. Your skin doesn't filter your blood, which is the whole point of the kidney. Unfortunately. Urea is a waste your kidneys produce and it can only be urinated. You cant sweat things out your kidney has to filter.

No, it would be impossible for the body to sweat out what has been taken into the body through the mouth of injection fluids because sweat is the excess of the intake of fluids which is normally caused by exercise in which it forces the body to perspire like wise with sauna's.

Not a chance. Sweating is a result of the sweat glands in your skin. This is mainly water, salts, and a few other things. Your kidneys are extremely complicated self-regulating organs that essentially measure and automatically adjust your blood properties, including concentration of compounds, acidity, among others. You can remove fluid by sweating, but that can also be done by not drinking. Neither do anything as far as blood homeostasis.
